An unsold slot doesn't have to die — SmartFlow watches the clock and works your day in real time. A slot about to go unsold slides later, so walk-in browsers always see a game starting in about half an hour. A game that verifiably starts or finishes early frees real minutes, and the next open slot moves up to claim them. When enough spare time pools up between games, it even suggests a brand-new slot.

Good questions, straight answers

Will it work with my website?
Yes. Paste one line of code and the booking widget appears on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or anything else — it handles mobile, availability and payments by itself. Want a fully custom look? Our developer API powers your own booking page with live availability. And if you don't have a website, your Lockafy booking page works on its own.
I already use another booking system. Can I switch?
Yes. Export your bookings from your current system as a CSV or Excel file and import them with guided column matching — your upcoming games and history come with you. We'll help with the move.
How do payments work? Who holds my money?
You connect your own payment account — Square, Authorize.Net, PayPal or Helcim — and money goes directly to you. Lockafy never sits between you and your funds, and every transaction is verified with the processor before a booking is confirmed.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Lockafy runs in the browser on the computers, tablets and phones you already have. If your rooms have tech — props, timers, controllers — you can optionally connect it so games start and stop themselves, but that's entirely up to you.
Will my game masters actually use it?
That's the point. Game masters get their own logins with the day's games front and center: start, end, escaped-or-not, notes. You control what they can access, and Lockafy can even require a completion note before a game is closed out.
What does Lockafy cost?
